Horrible!

DO NOT BUY
I ordered this for our mini and it came so big in “mini” size that it almost went on our 17 hand TB. It’s ROUGH material. Feels very stiff and uncomfortable. The color orange also isn’t the same shade at all.
No, I do not recommend this product.
