I bought two of these for my electrician to install, when I had my siding re-done. I was looking forward to the added light and security. Since they were powered through the attic and hung near the gutters, they were constantly powered (no on off switch, other than through the app). These circumstances required pairing while on a ladder. After passing my phone up and down to the electrician, we only ever got one paired. The motion sensor on the one that did pair, was temperamental. I recommend getting lights connected to a dimmer switch, in case pairing never happens or motion detection never works when you need it to (arriving home at night). After changing my internet provider, and with it, my router, I could not even get the one that had been paired, to reconnect to my phone. I disconnected it, slowed my wifi to the required slower speed (apparently that's a temporary option) and tried to pair it again. Now neither are paired and neither will even give me any light. Motion, timed or otherwise. I now have 2 hard wired house ornaments that do nothing, whether they're paired or not.

Having this triple head LED security lights adds to the safety of my home. The LED lights are nice and bright and can be adjusted to the areas that you want. The motion sensor this really nice and can be set two different times that it stays on. The sensitive of the motion lights can also be adjusted to low medium and high which also makes it nice if you have activity in your area. You can also link it to your phone so that you can test its function whenever you want.

I ordered this light to replace an antiquated light outside my garage. Because of my age and mobility issues, I needed to wait until a family member was able to install it for me. When he was finally free to do so, we discovered that the installation instructions presume that you will be placing it on an existing junction box, which the current light on my 1960's house does not have. So unless and until I can get a licensed electrician to install it, I have no idea whether it will meet my needs or not. I sure hope so! I can't honestly recommend it right now.

This was a much needed light. Instructions made it simple to install and it looks and works amazing. Needed to have a motion sensor light in our driveway as someone tried to cut my catalytic converters off my truck. Great security advantage having this light come on when anyone enters my driveway and my security camera has a much higher quality picture with the additional lighting. Recommend this light for anyone needing to light up any area that needs a hands free light for security and safety.
