Problems with product. Seatbelt on drivers side is defective. Chris the manager from the Dickson, Tn. Has been very helpful in the process of working with Hisun.

so far so good, one issue with loose battery cable, no power, issue resolved after tightening battery cable. viper seems to have plenty of power and runs well after filling with 91 octane fuel. transitioned from golf cart to viper, golf cart is quieter but viper is more useful.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Almost Fooled Me

I came in to store at opening to use a reward to borrow a utility trailer, I was going to buy a side by side in nearby town. I spotted a Hisun Viper NTX 550 and the spec card attached to mirror listed some great add on that came included. with the great price and military discount I purchased it and was waiting around for it to be ready to load on trailer (Rewards are great) I was looking it over and noticed on the steering rack there was no electric assist device (Listed on the spec card I mentioned earlier). I pointed this out to the man getting it ready and we both agrreed it was missing. He called Hisun but they were on central time, so I went next door for breakfast and came back, no call back. The manager offered $500 off to close the sale. I stated if Hisun would ship me the EPS kit along with the $500 (Labor intensive job to add EPS) I would agree. Waited another hour and still no call from Hisun so I cancelled the purchase.
