Difficult Assembly

We purchased 2 chairs knowing there would be some assembly. However, we found the first chair assembly somewhat tedious with the last step of the assembly having holes that were difficult to fit the screws into due to misalignment. Aware of the problem, we assembled the second chair and found the last step even harder. Patience is definitely needed when putting this chair together.

Beautiful but some assembly issues

We bought two of the black rocking chairs. One went together pretty easily. The other one did not line up with the existing holes for one of the bottom pieces it sits on. When we made the hole bigger it cracked the wood.

The rocking chair looked great. BUT putting together wasn't good, holes didn't line up and one of the rockers was split and broke off. Upset as this was a gift.
