I am so glad I picked this food out, here's the story. . My cat had terrible diarrhea with blood from another popular brand. We checked him for parasites etc and he did not have any. I decided to try this can out, and it's been one week on Hills sensitive stomach and no diarrhea - all his stomach issues cleared up now- his poop is normal. No more gas, and his poop doesn't stink terrible anymore. I do have to mix it with a little warm water - just a half teaspoon per half the can to break it up but I am so grateful that he's feeling better !!! He also has been on Hills sensitive stomach dry formula from when we first adopted him from the shelter. hills is very high quality food, yes it may be a little more expensive but it's worth it, you don't want a sick kitty.

My cat loves this food but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat recently started vomiting after eating quite often, hes always been an over eater so I originally thought it might be that but after changing portions it still was an issue, found this food after adopting a dog and the humane society recommended it for my cat, He loves it and keeps it down pretty well but my issue is he doesn't like fish and I want to provide some kind of variety and all I can find is the chicken flavor and the tuna flavor...
