However, slight variations in the product can occur naturally as part of the production process. These differences have no impact on the nutritional value of the food. We have not made any intentional changes to the kibble size of this product. For each of our dry products, we have defined kibble size specification ranges that are maintained for each production batch. To ensure optimal consistency, kibble size is checked at least three times every thirty minutes at various points throughout production. Occasionally, you may notice some variation in kibble size from bag to bag that are still within our product’s specification range. For example, larger kibbles may sometimes result from natural wear of the die plate after producing thousands of pounds of product. Rest assured, such variations are normal and do not affect the quality or nutritional value of the food.
