Our Cat was constantly throwing up (much more than normal) and had diarrhea all the time. Add in she had some scabs on her neck- we tried several different brands to help with her symptoms. Researched more and found Hill's cat food, after about 2 bags, vomiting reduced by 70%, diarrhea went away and neck cleared up. She seems to be more active since switching to Hill's sensitive stomach and skin formula. 7 or 8 months since switching to Hill's and all is still well!!! Happy cat, happy cat's people!

If you've had a hard time finding something that agrees with your cat & this is working for you, I'm not going to tell you to quit feeding it to your cat. Just understand that a well known name and high price don't equal quality. Read the label. The first 3 ingredients are rice, corn & animal fat. Pork meal is the first time a protein is mentioned. (Contrary to what the label implies there's no chicken in this food.) Cats are obligate carnivores. They don't need carbs. The first ingredient should be a protein meal of some kind. Chicken meal is better than chicken, for example, because it has less water & therefore more protein. I'm not some zealot who's telling you to go raw, just asking that you be aware of what you're paying for & read the labels. Again,if this food works for you & your cat,, keep using it. Just know it's not the high quality Hill's wants you to think it is. The only thing that makes it better than a lot of super cheap foods is the lack of dyes.
