These Hillman 1-3/16 in. ID x 1-11/16 in. OD Rubber Grommets are rings inserted into a hole with a groove or collar to hold it in place. They are frequently used to prevent tearing or to cover sharp edges of a punched or cut hole. To install, simply push or stretch to fit into place.
