I ordered some bolts and nuts with a larger order and the bolts were cancelled off the order without explanation. Another item I ordered was showing still "Processing", so I knew that item would not show up. The bolts however were billed and showing shipped. Of course they still sent the lock nuts, which are useless without the bolts. The problem isn't even that the item was backordered, which would make sense, but it was cancelled off the order. They don't tell you that it will need to be reordered. They just cancel it without a word.
