The Malcolm 8X Vintage Sniper Competition (VSC) rifle scope is the embodiment of years of constructive feedback and improvements to the Malcolm 8X. The Malcolm 8X VSC rifle scope is purpose built for vintage sniper matches on the 1903A1 Springfield.
Most notably, this scope features the Unertl style competition micrometer adjustments. These adjustment turrets allow for zero backlash in between clicks and dial precise 1/4 MOA adjustments when the mounts are spaced 7.250" from center to center. The turrets can also be reindexed to "zero" after initial zeroing. All threads on the rifle tube and objective are significantly improved from the previous generation. The threads turn easily and feel super smooth.
The pope rib on the body has been laser spot welded on to the scope tube for straightness and strength.
All screws in the scope and mounts are hardened for optimal durability.
