Bad logs

I was very excited when I first found and ordered the log set. They arrived promptly and I got them home. Pretty quickly realized I was not comfortable setting them up. I was able to get a gas technician to come out to get the logs installed and working. First issue, right out of the box was one log was broken in half. This was one of the long logs and we decided it would work but it was disappointing. When the logs were started the burned for about en minutes and went out,pilot and burner. Tech worked on them and the same thing happened. After a third try, the logs would not continue to burn. The tech said the logs were defective. I packed everything back up and returned them without issue and received a refund. The tech did say he did not recommend dual fuel logs , as they gave more trouble. So in the end I drive 30 miles twice to get the logs and 30 to return them. Paid the tech $80 for his trouble. And expended a lot of effort getting logs in the house, unpacking, repacking and loading in my vehicle. I would not buy these again
