poor shipping

website says would ship with in 10 days it took me 30 days to get the item... it was shipped in the box that they carry at the store and every corner was damaged due to this. Wood used to make this is a little thinner then I would like but its decent quality just wish I didnt have to sit here and take the channel locks to a brand new lid that took me a month to get
