Missing bolts

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas, but she has not been able to ride it yet because of four missing bolts that go in the base of it. The box was not delivered to my house but to where I knew she would be for Christmas. I was told that when the box arrived it looked as if it was retaped as if it may have been a returned item. Nevertheless, four bolts were missing, which could've been the reason for a previous return. Now I have to go to the hardware store to see if I can get the necessary bolts to complete the assembly so my granddaughter can finally ride the horsey that she has been excited about.

It was a really super plush toy perfect for the toddler. Pretty pink and purple color and realistic sound! Recommend for little kids to learn riding.

Terrible quality

Very poor craftsmanship. My 3 and 4 year old daughters had this horse for about 2 months before the back seam started to split open. After another 2 months the entire back is split wide open and unusable… in fact, it is an absolute safety hazard as there is a somewhat sharp edged square metal frame in the belly of the horse that can cut children. I tried to see if I could replace the horse body and was told no.
I would definitely not recommend this product. A true shame as my girls loved it for two months

I wished It would have lasted at least a year

The horse arrived misshapen. So it looked weird, secondly after 6 months the horse neck bent and somehow there became a sharp point on the horse and the pink material also was wearing off the horse. I was also short a nut. The packaging was probably why I lost it. It seemed like it was a return. The hardware was rolling around box , the box was in rough shape.
