Q: Is this supposed to have a strainer on the pickup tube? Mine doesn't have one and I am constantly having to stop and clean the nozzle. I don't see a strainer in the assembly instructions. Mine was already assembled when I picked it up.

Q: The O ring on the plunger needs to be replaced and TSC does not carry the O ring. How are supposed tp fix it? Does that mean you throw it away and buy a new one? If that is the case it will not be one from Tractor Supply.

You should tell your customers to NOT use these sprayers with any type of dangerous, poisonous chemicals. While you have the strap on your shoulder, liquid will seep upwards and collect in the cup shaped top. Then when you bend over to get under branches, that liquid pours out on you. Very dangerous.
I personally do not recommend anyone to use these for any purpose.

This sprayer is absolute garbage. I purchased it Friday. Between Friday and today (Monday) I have attempted to use it three times. It is completely non-functional. First, the seal only partially held. As you were pumping it up, air was escaping through the screwed-in handle. I repositioned the gasket and worked slightly better. However, because of the terrible design, when you pump the sprayer you will inevitably damage the top of it. It essentially bends the cheap plastic cover design. I've had two $20 sprayers that were orders of magnitude more reliable and better designed than this 2 gallon sprayer. After working up the patience to go out and try this a final time this afternoon, it sprayed for about two minutes and then completely stopped forcing liquid out. It just began dripping from the nozzle regardless of whether I pumped it up more or not. Do not waste your money, time or patience on this sprayer. Buy literally anything else.
