Unsure if nozzle and Goodyear pro flex compatible.

Nozzle looked promising and even when I connected it to the hose it had decent pressure BUT the nozzle kept spraying where you connect it at. I figured it probably was not tight enough so I got channel locks to tighten only for it to get worse! Not sure if it’s the hose or nozzle OR they just just aren’t compatible. Hose - Goodyear pro flex 50 Ft. Like I said though I could of just had a bad nozzle or this hose and nozzle doesn’t go well together.
