Not for 5/8”Hose

Larger than 5/8 in. I had to heat the hose and barely got it there. I measured the hose and it was a 5/8” hose. Luckily it was a good quality hose or I would’ve never got it in.

repair that damaged hose

This kit works better and lasts longer than the plastic versions, cut the hose off square then slide it over the barbed insert then clamp the case over it holding it in place. Use a #2 screwdriver to tighten the screws down firmly.
