Great Playset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the savannah for our grandsons for christmas. We just finished putting it together. The quality of the wood and hardware were good. We did have to stain it before putting it up which was time consuming. The packaging of the parts didnt seem to correspond in anyway to the construction. Would have been more helpful, for example, if all the boards for the main fort were in one box along with the hardware to assemble it. But instead you have to find the many boards in all different boxes which adds more time to the construction. The tube slide is the hardest to assemble and there are two different set of instructions for it: one by the manufacturer and one by Gorilla. They do not correspond with one another. And the one part of the slide had a crack in it which we had to duct tape. Took two of us about a week to put together. It is a sturdy set and the boys are having a blast on it! It does not look as big as in pictures, especially the tube slide but that was pretty much expected. That’s typical advertising and dimensions were listed. Overall, seems to be a great playset! So glad the construction is finally done!
