[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of the hi-vis seat belt cover is great. When placed correctly it gives the visual of showing that personnel have their seatbelts securely fastened. This is also made out of a dependable material that won't easily rip or tear. Although the purpose behind it is great, i find it to be somewhat of a distraction as well. It almost seems like it could be too long when the seat belt retracts and the cover gets caught and bunched up.
