Solid boot!

I've had 5 pairs of the Georgia Giant 8" through the years and I keep coming back. I wear the soles down to almost nothing and then make my own re- treads with a hot oyster knife to get a little more mileage out of them. Always have a pair waiting in the box when my current pair gives out. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the laces, they just don't hold up very long and are susceptible to fraying from the J-hooks. Overall great pair of workboots when i'm not wearing slip on boots.

Comfortable but not long lasting

I bought these boots 3-4 months ago and they’re okay. They fit well and are very comfortable after breaking them in. However, they are starting to fall apart pretty quickly. The rubber part around the boot is starting to peel off and the sole is cracking. Again, this is only after 3-4 months of use. I do wear them 5 days a week. I also only weigh 160lbs so they don’t have a lot of weight on them.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Best boots I have ever worn

These Georgia Giant steel toe boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn, lightweight and well built, water resistant, I am a plumber I am on my feel all day, on the cement, and other hard floor places, working, walking from job to job in wet and dry conditions, I am almost 60 years old and this my 5th pair since I discovered them back in the early 90s I would highly recommend these boots
