7.5 are too small and 8 is better fit but the heel is loose in both shoes and they flop on my feet. Great for working in a dog kennel where the floors are slick, but had to buy heel grips to put in them to keep them from slipping off my feet. Wide toes are good.

Not really pleased with these work shoes. I got them for my wife. They continue to hurt her feet even after several wearings. The non slip is ok.
