Don’t buy this item. I purchased online for in store pickup. Waited 2 weeks and the item never shipped. I’ve called the customer service and they said they don’t know how to get my item. I asked for a refund and they said I would get an email within 24 hours confirming the refund but it’s been almost 7 days since then so at this point I’m out my money and the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This floor jack did the trick. I am a DIYer. I like doing my own maintenance on the stuff I have. I had been looking at floor jacks for some time and saw this one. I love the colors and the look of the jack. But it ain’t just good looking. I put it right to work in my garage and it did the job very nicely. The casters roll nice and easy, it has a nice padded handle, and it has solid pumps when jacking up something. Also the release is not hard to achieve. I have used other jacks where I would really have to torque the handle to lower the jack but this one is not hard at all. So far it has been a great addition to my garage. I look forward to many many more uses.

It has a solid long handle which is wrapped in padding at the bottom to prevent damaging your vehicle when jacking it up. The rubber pad at the lift point is great for ensuring nothing will slip off and the front of it is surprisingly low even though it is not technically considered a low profile jack. I am a believer that you get what you pay for and this jack is definitely worth it's price and then some!
