They offer the ease of 5 degrees of movement to turn fasteners, versus 30 degrees on standard combination wrenches. The small ratcheting box end head design enables access to tight spots where a ratchet won't fit. The open end allows for easier access on tough to reach spots, making jobs go faster and easier. I had bolts on front drive shaft xterra 4x4 that I heated and used a pipe on the wrench to break loose I can’t believe the box end didn’t break . I’m a believer

Called GearWrench (Apex Tool Group ATG) because my Ratcheting Combination Wrench 20 PC Set (Mfr # 35720-06) purchased at Tractor Supply had two (2) 13mm wrenches instead of a 12mm Wrench. I only discovered it years after the purchase and had been trying to get through to Customer Service (877)626-3433 for months. When I finally got through today, Claudia, was GREAT! After explaining that I finally needed to use a 12mm wrench and realized I had duplicate 13mm wrenches she agreed to send me the missing 12mm wrench. Thanks Claudia and Thomas!
