  • A: Hi yesterday806! There is a pointed end that should be pushed into the ground about 6-12 inches into the soil. A Mallet can be helpful when installing into the ground.

These stakes are lighter duty than expected. They seem to be adequate, but just. They are a good deal for the price. I would have preferred a heavier stake. These will do. Time will tell if they last.
