Good product, poor shipping

I ordered 4 pieces but received 3. I was promptly and courteously refunded for the 4th. The shipper, FedEx, apparently lost the 4th in transit. When I saw the other 3 and their condition, it gave me some idea of what might have happened. These items were shipped in nothing more than their thin, point of sale plastic covers to which FedEx attached their shipping labels. These covers soon split. The 4th item could have lost its shipping label so could not be delivered. It might be FedEx fault but failing to properly package at the Tractor Supply shipping point likely caused this problem. Delivery of my partial shipment was delayed for a week while we all waited to see if FedEx could find the 4th item.
