Q: Can I use this under a small portable fire pit that we sit on our concrete patio?

Q: Could I use this mat to line the floor of my shed? The current floor is a 3/4" LP ProStruct Floor, but I was looking for a little added protection. The floor measures ~9.5' x 15.5'.

- A: Hi BCSK, thank you for your interest in the G-Floor Flooring. We do not recommend laying multiple grill mats down in your shed to cover the size of the flooring. We do however recommend using our roll-out flooring for the outcome it seems you are trying to achieve. For the flooring size you provided, we would recommend either a 7.5ft. x 17ft. roll-out vinyl floor that will leave a 6in. bare on each side, or you could get the 8.5ft. x 22ft. roll out vinyl floor that will leave you with extra length you will need to trim off with a standard utility knife. For outdoor applications, the flooring should be completely adhered. Be sure to use an acrylic based adhesive that is suitable for your wood subfloor and vinyl.4 years agoHelpful?
