The pump went out the same day we got the pool put up

I received this pool 3 years ago for Christmas. It was on sale for 63.00!!! This pool has lasted 2 summers for me. I may get a 3rd. The filter needs to.be more powerful but it has done the job. I would definitely buy this pool again.

We had the worst experience with TSC. I ordered this pool, took it home unpacked it and started set up on to find that we were missing 2 essential pieces. A leg and a T- connector. When we went back to TSC we were treated rudely and told that was cheep because there were missing parts, I said no I ordered this on line and it was not discounted. Several other employees witnessed it. I asked if we could take the parts from the other one in stock because we had it all pulled out and I didn't want to have to bring it back as it was a huge undertaking. But we did, and I ordered the other pool in stock at the same time. I was then told it wasn't in stock. I told them I had seen there were 2 in stock in at this location and she told me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking About. I have never been treated so ignorantly. I have been in retail all my life and this person just outright lied to my face. I returned the opened unboxed 17ft pool and told her I would wait for my notification that it was ready for pick up. we purchased a few other things becuase we love this store but when I recieved a message at 7am the next morning saying it was ready I was beyond upset. When I went in there the employee told me it was there all along. WHY WHY?? I was nothing but kind and trying to be helpful. I AM SOOO UPSET about this I never picked it up. I refused it.

Love the durability, the pump on side is so much better than on ground
