My sister gave me one of these dishes for a 70 pound Yellow Lab I adopted 5 years ago, and I've been online for HOURS trying to find one like it for my (new) other dog! It's made of a slightly rubbery plastic, so it's not brittle and it seems to be quite tough. I've had it about 5 years, and it shows no damage at all. (It belonged to a 100# Malamute for several years before my sister gave it to me.) It seems to be fairly grippy as well, but Spanky's water and food dishes both sit in a rubber boot tray with a textured bottom and raised sides, so I don't know if it would slide on a bare floor under duress. It is also way bigger than most of the slow-feeder bowls I've seen, and easily holds a full can of wet food plus one of kibble. I would guess it slows Spanky down to about 1/3 of her speed with a plain bowl.

Works perfectly takes my gog a couple minutes to finish eating

If your dog eats too fast and vomits their meal soon afterwards, then I would recommend this slow pet feeder. Works great for my fast eating labs.

This is wonderful way to slow down a dog that inhales meals! This is a large bowl so may not be easy for a small dog to use.
