My son has had these waders for barely a month and they are already leaking. I was about to do a warranty claim for them when today he got them caught on a gate and ripped a hole in them. So now, I cannot even submit a warranty claim bc now they not only leak but they have a hole in them. I am pretty disappointed that these did not hold up better. I will not buy this brand of waders again.

Great Waders - only complaint is not pocket for hands and a little too much extra material

I bought a pair of Frogg Toggs Grand Refuge 2.0 Xtreme Bootfoot Wader’s and I initially thought they were great after wearing them a couple times. So I then bought another pair for my son for Christmas. We only wore them 5-6 times of each (of light use) and always stored them clean and dry in a temperature-controlled area in a large closet. Then my son went to use his pair for the first fall duck hunt and they leaked in several places along multiple seams. So we inspected them and didn't see any tears or punctures. We used a leaf blower to inflate the waders slightly and soaped the seams. There were multiple failures on every seam. We thought this must have been a manufacturer defect, so we contacted Frogg Togg and send the lot numbers, photos, copies of the receipts from the purchases. Frogg Togg would not replace them and just offered a 35% discount off the purchase of another pair. I then checked my waders and mine had the same issue, with multiple failures on every seam. I would not recommend Frogg Togg waders at all, since the company does not stand behind their products. My previous pairs of waders were from Cabela's and I had them for over 33 years with no leaks or issues and my son had his for 4 years and only needed a new pair since he had grown out of his prior set.

These have been great! My dog was out of commission so I was the retriever in the Platte River on a 15 degree day - and stayed warn and dry all day!. They are a bit more oversized than I had guessed but that allows for a lot of layering if needed.
