Big FT guy before last round of purchases. Bought these for easy on wading boots as well as a pair of waders from Frogg Toggs. Waders lasted 3 trips with out leaking and the boots the same. Hole in the neoprene and busted stitching on the side where the ball of the foot is.

I had high hopes for these wade boots as a replacement for my old Magellan wade boots which I loved and wore in comfort for many years. Sadly, that model is no longer made. I fish saltwater grass and sand flats only. First day I wore these the backside of both of my ankles were literally rubbed raw. Decided to give them a second try. Applied 2 bandaids and a terry cloth towel wrap around both abrasions prior to slipping into wade boots. Day 2 results made day 1 abrasions even worse, as in rubbed raw. In addition, there are abrasions under the balls of both feet. For the record, I’m an athletic buillt 6’5”, 200 lbs. Uncomfortable is one thing … painful rubbed raw abrasions from walking on sand and grass flats are another. Poor choice of materials and construction in my estimation!
