Needed to return and got no help

I requested a return within days of receiving the order, and the email I received said the label was “attached”, but there were no attachments or images in the email. When I selected “print” on the website, when trying once again to get a return label, it directed me to a page with an error message. When I requested help with customer service, I received no reply. Not sure I will be recommending shopping at TSC to others, at this point.
