    Would Recommend Eyeglass Retainers

    There are adjustable pieces that will go around the back of your eyeglass arms. This allows it to be pretty secure. It won't be 100%, but close enough to allow the glasses to hang on your chest. The material is rubber. The design is simple, but effective.
