The Tarter 4 ft. Round Back Rotary Cutter is a 3-point necessity that cuts grass, stalks and light brush with ease. With a 1 in. thick cutting capacity, this mower rotary cutter easily takes care of small limbs and branches. Our 4-ft. rotary cutter has durable, long-lasting heat-treated blades made of thick steel, along with a stump jumper that avoids damage by lifting the mower up and over rocks or obstacles.

Easy assembly, good quality, easy setup, and overall good purchase. The only thing I find difficult is the PTO shield collars. There could be a lot of improvement just by an outer ring that could be squeezed by hand to release tabs as opposed to trying one at a time with a screwdriver.
I also think paying shipping to store for online order only products is annoying as well.

Would not recommend purchasing the 4ft Round Back Rotary Cutter from Tractor Supply without first reading the instructions for manual assembly and determining if one could successfully return the product if not satisfied. Assembly is extremely difficult. Be sure that one has an adequate non-grassy area for an 18 wheeler to turn around in facilitating delivery and/or return if using the shipping option. Be sure to discuss with a local store on how to facilitate delivery and assembly if using ship to store option. Getting a rotary tractor on to or off a utility trailer may be difficult so keep that in mind

Can not really give feedback because I haven't finished assembly yet. I had to order this unit online have it delivered to the local store. Once I picked it up it required most assembly to the point I am at now. I am guessing if I had bought one in stock off the lot it would have been fully assembled, however I did not want or need a larger unit!
