Sized more like a Youth shirt

I usually wear a Ladies L, or XL if I want it more roomy. I ordered an XL in this shirt. Can barely get it on. I thought I had ordered a Youth size by mistake, but it is marked as Ladies XL. Fits more like a Ladies Small. Very disappointing.

Material is very lightweight (as in thin) so likely it won't won't last. Bought it as a gift and am embarrassed to send it.
