I don’t like it it’s hard to lite and hard to control the temperature

Great quality and value in an Even Embers grill! Assembly was straight forward and relatively simple for two. We have had ours for a year and a half. Best grill ever for us hearts up quickly and will hold any temp between 200 and 600 pretty constantly. Very few flare-ups with consistent even heat. Steel still looks nice. The enamel is all still intact on grates. All around great looking and performing grill for a low price.

Bought for my husband as a Christmas gift. The grill started off as ok, but now each of the burners has to be ignited separately in order to work. The 5th burner really doesn’t work at all. We had high hopes for this grill thinking we were finally getting a quality product. Disappointed.

Easy to assemble. Terrific quality and grilling so far has been great. The window really helps in keeping everything under control without having to check letting all the heat escape. For the money and warranty can't go wrong.

Very good looking and easy to put together, nice grill for the price, sturdy and complete. Used to have Weber (much more money but corroded after a few years) and Members Mark (small for the need). Now will see if this holds up overtime, but so far happy with it.

Pretty simple to assemble and all burners lit on first attempt. We have used it twice in the first 3 days since it arrived and it works great!

I'm going to just put this out there: This is the most money I have ever spent on a grill. And although it has only been used twice, I think I'm in love. No battery is necessary for it. It starts from flint, so no need to ignite with a pen light, as I did before, when the starter broke. I love how easy it is to pull apart! It makes cleaning easier. I have the option of pulling the bottom tray out to clean. It comes with a nice heavy griddle, which is nice - because there is less cleaning to be done, and the salmon I grilled yesterday was delicious. I had leftover Spaghetti squash that I added to the griddle. When done, I can lift the entire meal up and bring it into my kitchen. I've also used the grill - when I originally cooked the spaghetti squash, as well as some broccoli heads and sausages. Very nice. The temperature is true and consistent. I love grilling outside. But I can also see using this in the winter as a supplemental for my kitchen when there's a lot to make -- or when I wish to cook pizza.

It was disappointing that the grill didn’t come with a propane tank . Then I had to buy a certain type of tank that cost me extra

I am totally happy with this grill. It cooks evenly and is simple to maintain heat at the desire-able level.

Works great, but not real impressed with the construction. Floor is very flimsy and does not support the weight of a full gas tank without bowing.

This grill is TORTURE! I live in the Norheast and like to grill all year long. I've been grilling for 35 years and geez I miss my old Weber grill which finally died after 20 years. Attempting to grill anything on this grill at an outdoor temperature below 60 degrees is a disaster. Getting the grates hot enough to sear a steak at cool outdoor temperatures is impossible. Grilling a steak on this thing at an outdoor temperature of 35 degrees can't be done! it just won't get hot enough! Sure, if you leave the steak on the grill for 40 minutes, the skin of the steak will eventually get some sear, but by then the interior is WELL DONE and you'll be eating a piece of shoe leather. Then today (which infuriated me enough to write this review) I was attempting to grill some chicken wings. It is mid summer and it was hot today, about 90 degrees. Based on experience, I figured 'great' this thing will at least get hot enough to cook the chicken. I started out preheating the grill on high for 20 minutes, I oiled the grates and the chicken wings with canola oil, tossed the wings on the grill and IMMEDIATELY TURNED THE GRILL TO LOW. I went inside to work on a couple of side dishes and about 5 minutes later my son yells 'DAD, THE GRILL IS ON FIRE', I quickly ran out to the patio to find the chicken wings engulfed in flames and pretty much burnt to a crisp. Just great! The grill can't get hot enough to cook a steak in cool temperatures and even on low, it won't run cool enough to avoid charring chicken wings on a hot day. REALLY POOR TEMPERATURE REGULATION. So take your pick, shoe-leather steaks in cold weather, or charred chicken wings in July, this grill can do it all. I have a great photo of the grill as it was incinerating chicken wings, but for some reason, I can't upload, bummer, it really sends the message home. You've been warned.

Cooks hot and even, accurate temp control and love the griddle

I will be using the grill this weekend. From the unpacking to the assembly of the grill I have been happy with the quality of the grill. There was a slight problem with the door but their customer service is excellent and sent a new door within days. Can’t wait to use the griddle!

I was surprised, not an easy assembly, and 550 max temp, so you have to get used to slow cooking. The surprise was when I got used to slower cooking, the flavor and texture of food was still great. Plus you can relax while cooking knowing it's close to impossible to burn at 550. Grill has even heat too, it's like an outdoor oven.

Great BBQ and we needed a part. The company sent it immediately. It arrived within a week at no cost.

Bought on sale around Thanksgiving and never used. Sits under a covered porch. All outside surfaces have rust. Even Embers doesn't warrant rust as its considered "normal wear". Absolute crap.

So it seems that all the new grills are made out of cheap thin metal that rusts and falls apart. This grill has the most stainless steel from my research. The posts on all four corners are stainless so no worries about the floor rusting and your wheel going throug the floor like my last over priced grill. The burner covers are still that thin stainless that will rust apart over time but figured I will just order a spare set for when they time comes. Now this grill is the 5 burner and each burner has its own starter so this eliminates those thin plates to allow the gas to carry over to the other burners. So that is great less parts to have to replace in the future from rust. I have grilled some brat burgers, rib eye steaks, chicken breast’s, and chicken wings this far. And I am very pleased. This grill doesn’t have flare ups in my experience so far and the glass window allows you to see what is actually happening. So no flare up fire surprises when you open the grill. Although you will want to clean the glass at least after every other use so it’s not so hard to clean so you can continue to be able to see though it. In conclusion I am happy on how even the grill cook’s and it having less parts that I will ultimately have to replace/repair due to rust. So I only gave it 4 stars because I know I will have to do rust repairs in the future. What happened to decent looking cast iron grills.. lol

One burner went out on it 6 months into use and then it developed a gas leak at the 1 year mark and became not only a safety hazard, but completely unusable.

Looked on line at TS and read grill info. Went to my local store and they had one in the box. On the way home I told my wife it would probably be comparable to my other grills. I had my previous grill approx 10 years. Replaced burnt out parts along the way. My wife and I put it together when we got home. My goodness was I surprised. The grill far exceeded my expectations. Assembly was easy and the way it was put together was very well thought out. I can’t say enough about the grill. It cooks great and I love it. Purchased a cover and expect it to give me 20 years or so of service.
