- A: Hello, while this kit is excellent for boiling and smaller frying tasks, the 30-quart pot is too small to safely submerge a standard-sized turkey without risking a dangerous oil overflow. To prevent fires, a turkey fryer typically requires a larger 32-to-34-quart pot to provide the necessary "headspace" for the oil to displace safely when the bird is lowered in.2 months agoHelpful?
Q: where does the battery go ? What does the wire atatch to and how? do you have a video to show assembly ? There is no explanation or pictures .

Q: How is the igniter mounted? There are no pictures at all.

- A: Hello, the igniter on your Even Embers kit is mounted by inserting the threaded module through a pre-drilled hole in the control panel and securing it from the front with a collar nut. Once the nut is tight, the push-button cap is screwed on to house the battery and complete the assembly.2 months agoHelpful?

Nice Cooker but!

This cooker is overall what we were looking for. However the stand is made out of a not so sturdy metal. Making it easily to tip if not on level ground. The heat aspect was overall great, it got the job done. I would recommend this product just wish it was a lot better material.

This thing is nice I got it for boiling peanuts and it heats quick and was easy to put together. The only issue I had is that the thermometer that it came with was broken, but I'm not really concerned with it.
