This long sleeve shirt is made of great quality. I had the short sleeve version with the reflective stripes that were solid and it made it hard to move in the shirt. This shirt has the upgraded reflective which is more flexible. This shirt fits well and is very comfortable. This shirt is very good at breathing and keeps you cool on those warmer days. I like the black bottom on the front as it helps to hide some of the dirt. I would highly recommend this shirt!

If you are looking for full arm coverage without the sweat house that comes with it, if so then this is it! The fine mesh fabric is super breathable but also very soft on bare skin so no need for even MORE layers. If things are really heating up for you and you plan on ditching the vest, I’d say chose a color that matches your vest. Of course different industries lean towards one color or another, but the key is to have as much contrast to the background of the site you’re working at or the contrast of your own attire.DESIGN & FITI’m 6’2" and about a 41 size jacket, and I chose size L for both (available in S to 5XL, see the size chart) and it fits great.
