[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a headlamp for my hat that ensemble and this was going to fit the bill. Upon arrival of my item, I noticed it was larger that the other option on this site. It snapped right onto my band bough and stayed pretty sturdy. It has multiple viewing angles that tend to get wobbly w the elastic band I am using when adjusted down. But it still allowed me to see what I needed and was bright enough to keep my attention. I haven’t tested the longevity of the AAA batteries yet. It is more difficult than normal to get to these batteries for replacement as you will need a he. Head wrench to remove four bolts. I would have liked this to be an easier option. Why not a rechargeable 18650 or a Li-Po? The hat would have been ideal. Other than being heavier than expected and a difficult battery situation, the light stays put on my hat AND is def bright enough for me to do my work when it’s needed most. I would recommend this product as long as you get a band with it, as it’s not included.
