On 12/24/2024 I ordered an Easyboot Cloud through your website and ship to store, Order #xxxxxxxx48. My horse was scheduled for surgery on a front hoof and I needed to protect it. When I ordered it the promised date was given as December 30th, and within the required timeframe. On the 28th I got an email telling me my order was delayed with instructions for cancellation and I called but but was told it couldn't be cancelled. In looking for an alternate source I discovered that Easycare had decided to close up shop until January 7th. (Nice, but not realistic in the year 2025.) When the order finally did come in, it was no surprise to me that it had shipped from Easycare in Texas and they were at fault and the reason you could not cancel. I think you should not sell products from vendors who cannot meet your expectations. They make you look bad through no fault of your own and in this case left your store with an expensive item they might never be able to sell as I had to return it when it DID finally come in January 10th after ordering it elsewhere. I am sorry I needed to do this. I was trying to give a local store business and instead harmed them.

These boots were suggested by both my vet and farrier, when my mare got laminitis. My horse loves these boots! They are easy to put on and take off, so I love them, too. They're very easy to clean. The pads inside the boots add just the right amount of cushion. The boots are durable and well-made.

My boy suffers from hoof issues and these boots have not only been durable but he can function like normal in them while still trying to heal from his feet issues.
