Eastwood Rust Encapsulator Plus is a high performance, moisture-cured urethane coating that encapsulates and stops rust from spreading. Rust Encapsulator Plus does not require a top coat except when exposed to direct sunlight. Rust Encapsulator Plus may be top coated with most high quality coatings. Apply over bare metal surfaces or rusted areas. Rust Encapsulator Plus is ideal for any type of rusted metal surface and can withstand temperatures up to 350 degrees F. Packaged in a large 16 ounce aerosol spray can.
