The DuraPlus 6 in. Diameter 2 Elbows & Strap Kit includes: 2 elbows and one elbow strap to give your piping options to navigate tight spaces. Use the elbows and strap kit for offsets around obstructions such as rafters, ridgepoles, or joists. Please bear in mind that offsets greater than 30 degrees are not permitted in accordance to UL 103 standards. The piping kit's elbows swivel 360 degrees at base, but the angles are not adjustable. A pair of elbows is required to return an offset chimney back to vertical.
- Designed to stay cool on the outside, to provide a hot draft on the inside, to boost stove efficiency, and to provide for a fire-safe design that protects both the chimney and the building
- Triple-wall chimney features two insulating layers (refractory blanket, plus air space)
- Refractory insulation is held securely in position, eliminating hot spots common with loose-fill type insulations
- Use elbows and strap kit for offsets around obstructions such as rafters, ridgepoles, or joists
- May have two pairs of elbows, if needed
- Offsets greater than 30 degrees are not permitted in accordance to UL 103 standards
- Piping kit's elbows swivel 360 degrees at base (angles are not adjustable)
