I have purchased this brand for several years. I have a problem with the inconsistency with the product and on more than one time purchasing, the bag was infested with pantry moths. All the bags at the location I purchased from recently had pantry moths. No one at the store acted like it was a concern. I will never be back to a tractor supply. Your customer service is atrocious. I switched my bunny’s pellets and there is an Atwoods here I can buy pine pellets and other supplies from. I know it doesn’t matter and I’m just one person, but it matters to me that we don’t matter to you.

YES I HAVE BEEN BUYING THIS FOOD FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW FOR MY GUINEA PIGS AND RABBIT AND HERE LATELY ALL IT IS IN BAGS ARE DUST AND DEBRIS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WAY THIS IS SOLD TO US ITS NOT CHEAP EITHER BY SIZE OF BAGS AND PRICE - I FEEL ALL I AM PAYING FOR ANYMORE IS DUST THEY HAVE GOT TO WHERE THEY WILL NOT WANT TO EVEN EAT IT CAUSE ITS SO DUSTY AND FULL OF DEBRIS . YOU NEED TO DO MORE QUALITY CONTROL CHECKS ON THESE LINES I USE THEM BOTH FOR BOTH ANIMALS I HAVE . SOME CREDITS OR REFUNDS WOULD ALSO BE APPRECIATED FOR WHAT I HAVE SPENT ON THESE PRODUCTS AND NOT PAID FOR ANYTHING BUT DUST

This is the only type and brand our pet bunny will eat. It’s a great product for picky eaters.
