Why didn’t I get one sooner?

I’ve always considered getting an oscillating saw, Why did I never get one before? Well dang I don’t know could I do the same thing with a sawall. Let me tell you Nope! So totally worth getting. Easy to change blades. Speed control, versatile attachments. And most notably is the ability to flush cut in super tight spaces. My only complaint and it’s really minor is the way you secure the blade to the tool the screw type lock could have been engineered a little different. I mean it works sure, but it’s a little clumsy and can come loose if you don’t tighten it down really good ( I assume because of the excessive vibration) but it is a great option to literally have in your tool bag.

Nice tool but ruined by cheap switch

I have owned this for several years with light, now and then use. Buyer beware that Dremel uses cheap plastic switches that fail. You would think that for the cost of this tool, they would source a part that doesn't so consistently give out. If I had designed or sold this, I would be ashamed of myself. A simple internet search will tell you how common this problem is.

Governor failure

The variable governor is of poor design. Debris will settle on circuit board and short if out. No replacement part. Same for the mm35 model. If I would known this to be the case I would have taken cover off and blew off the debris on circuit board after each use.
No, I do not recommend this product.
