I did not receive the mounting kit. It does not re attach very well when you separate the top from the bottom. The plastic seat is thin gauge plastic and will probably break easy. A small amount of liquid remains in the holding tank that I cannot get out. Could be better designed! Really not worth the money.

I purchased through a camping outlet here in Australia, Only use it for night time urinal. We have had it for just over 12 months, on a recent weekend camping trip it began leaking from the flush tank, an inspection found that there was a joint between moldings that was weeping, and an even closer inspection I found 2 hair line cracks in the middle of a flat area of the underside. I had no option but to use my soldering iron to melt these areas to stop it leaking.

My Portable broke first time using. The flange in the black tank portion slid off of tracks and wont return rendering the bottom pretty unsanitary for moving around. BUT called Dometic about the issue and no questions asked replaced the unit. Offered to send pictures and of obviously cant sent back. Nope didnt need it! They sent it out! Thanks Dometic for the CS!!
