4th year review and still fixing issues.

I bought this plow 4 years ago. It plows fine when its not having problems.
First of all the 5 prong wire harness is hard to attach to the plow wire harness.
The plow only carries about 8 inches off the ground. It will dip from side to side when elevated instead of staying straight across, (that is absolutely annoying).
The hydrolic hoses rub in places where they're installed through the plow frame . I've replaced 3 hoses for that issue.
The negitive ground is attached to the bottom of the frame under the pump and it corroded off last year. I've had to move that to the top to avoid further corrosion.
I've given an honest review here. I wished for better with this plow. If DK2 were to offer an upgrade I'd definitely give it an honest review also.
Over all the DK2 products are good but this is my 4th year with this plow and I've had so many issues with it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

If your plow is dipping side to side, something may not be installed correctly, you can reach out to us as soon as possible with photos of your setup and frame so we can ensure all is well (our email is [email protected]). Furthermore, in regards to the hoses, we believe something may be routed incorrectly as that is not supposed to happen. Maintenance is very important on any metal products that are constantly dealing with salt. Oiling and checking connections are always good preventative measures to take. Not good for larger lots, good for small jobs

Very easy and simple install with good videos and instructions. This plow would probably be great if all you need to do is clear a small flat paved driveway. However, it is not quite up to the task for anything much more than that. We have a small 1/2 acre dirt lot that receives a fair amount of snow. The plow performed okay but bent several components with moderate use. Also, there does not appear to be a way to control how fast the plow lowers down. A plow in this price range should be able to withstand more than it does.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great plow for homeowners

I got the older version of the plow about 5 years ago from a friend that was selling it after he sold his truck.
Been a great plow for my two properties.
