This Devcon VersaChem High Red Threadlock is a high-strength, anaerobic thread-locking material that cures between threaded connections to lock, retain, and seal. It prevents loosening, corrosion, and rusting of nuts and bolts and also resists leakage, shock, and vibrations. Best used on assemblies that do not require frequent disassembly, this threadlock formula is OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) approved and resists motor oil, gasoline, brake fluids, transmission fluids, grease, alcohol, water, and antifreeze mixtures. Please note this High Red threadlock is not recommended for use on plastic nuts and bolts.
- Features an anaerobic and high-strength thread-locking material that cures between threaded connections to lock, retain, and seal
- Prevents nuts and bolts from loosening, corroding, and rusting
- The high-strength threadlock has a set time of 15 minutes and a cure time of 24 hours
- Resists leakage, shock, and vibrations for long-lasting strength
- Best used on assemblies that do not require frequent disassembly
- Also resistant to motor oil, gasoline, brake fluids, transmission fluids, grease, alcohol, water, and antifreeze mixtures for added durability
- Please note the anaerobic threadlock is not recommended for use on plastic bolts and nuts
