I would give it a higher score but the purchasing and customer support experience was less than ideal. I clicked on the medium size intending to buy the medium size. What was sent was the small size. I’m annoyed because the size options on the product page were put in wrong and as a result the wrong size was sent. To supposedly resolve the issue all I am given is a return address to get a refund and assurance that the product team would be contacted about the issue on the product page. I don’t even get so much as free shipping for when I go to buy the correct size even though the issue wasn’t my fault. I thought the small size was quality and built well enough. The grippy base is a nice touch. In theory the medium would be equally as good quality.
