great machine so far

Have had my machine almost a month and so far i love it. It took me a while to get the settings as i like them and get a routine for how i make my brews but now i'm set and love my morning cuppa(s). I do wish the water reserve was a little bit larger but that's not a show stopper. I have not had to clean the infuser or descale it yet so i cannot comment on those procedures yet. but so far, i love the machine.

My second De’Longhi

My first one lasted over 7 years and was more manual than my new one. It makes a rich coffee and appears to use less whole bean coffee than our prior one. We are very happy with our purchase!

Great machine for best coffee taste!

I absolutely love this machine! Makes great authentic coffee. I am using Lavazza coffee tastes like in Italy! Can definitely recommend it. I only gave it 4 stars because the first machine I ordered was leaking water and had to get replaced!

I like the machine, but…

I just replaced my old DeLonghi coffee maker with the Magnifica EVO. The coffee is great but the instructions are terrible! I would much rather have instructions with words than with pictures. And the Need help? Scan here sticker brings you to an error page. I’ve had the machine for less than a month and I already have to descale it, much sooner than the previous machine. But the pictures for descaling are unhelpful. I got to 24 and wasn’t sure how long to wait until moving on to 25. Still not sure. And picture 26 is identical to 27. And I can’t ask anyone because it’s the weekend. And if I am not able to make my coffee tomorrow I will not be happy. Guess I’ll have to waste a lot of time searching for any YouTube videos that might explain the descaling process. Do better DeLonghi.

Step 24: allow the solution to run completely; do not advance manually until the machine prompts you to proceed. If unsure: pause and wait for the machine to finish the current operation — advancing too soon can interrupt the descaling cycle. 2) QR Link Error and Registration A recent website update changed some page availability; printed materials will be updated in future runs.
