This Daytek Fold-Down Clothesline is fantastic. The mechanism operates easily as well. 2 reasons for a 4-star rating. 1) Instructions for installing the clothesline were a bit vague but I managed to install it correctly the first time. 2) No fasteners (wall anchors) were included. A big omission.
On the positive side, there was an easy-to-use template for drilling the holes for the wall mounting brackets.

Clever idea from Australia

We used this style of clothesline when we were in Australia and really loved it. It holds so much and folds flat when it is not needed. I am a small person and have no problem raising and lowering it. It was very exciting to see that Tractor Supply sells it. It got put up the day we got it.
