Busted upon arrival, no customer service response

When my package arrived, one bottle of bbs was busted open and only 1/4 of the bbs were there. I've tried to contact Tractor Supply, with no luck thus far.

Crappy container. Container arrived busted. Tried to tape up the container and use it but the pour spout sucks too. Do not recommend.
