- A: Go to the Dollar Store and buy cheap Pledge (furniture waxing spray) It works great on snowblower impellers and chutes, snow shovels, buckets and blades. You have to keep it inside since it will not spray if frozen, but it has many great uses in the shop. I spray light fixtures and ceiling fans with it.5 years agoHelpful?

I bought this 6 years ago. Every single single I have issues with it! First year the shaft snapped in half. I’ve replaced ever belt already. I’ve already had 2 issues this year and we don’t even have 6” of snow. Snow storm coming tonight, guess what??? NOW THE AUGERS WONT turn! What a waste of money
